It exceeded my expectations! The itinerary was thoughtfully prepared and fiber ambassadors were super, along with Barbara our driver! We covered alot of geography and learned alot about the people and history of Iceland while still hitting the marks on fiber. A wonderful variety on fiber-class given by a local professor, sheep herding, yarn mill, spinning, weaving, knitting and don't forget shopping! It was a wonderful trip and included such a nice variety of people interested in fiber arts, all were very welcoming!

My first trip in a long time and it was worth every nickel(or pence)-every time I mention the trip my husband says I'm still in Scotland- Our ambassadors were caring and attentive-over the top in helping when needed-and I know so much more about Scotland now

My first knitting tour, and I thoroughly enjoyed it! Guides were well prepared, accommodations in local inns were charming, even if they didn’t always have all the modern amenities ( like elevators). Would definitely consider another trip with Rowan Tree.

We had a great time in Oaxaca, Mexico, with Rowan Tree Travel and their ambassadors. Tours gave us a cultural experience on wool/fiber and food that delivered on the expectations we had. This is our second tour with RTT and both have given us lifetime memories.

Our Tour Ambassdor Lyndsay was exceptional. Her ability to stear us here and there and be available 24/7 for whatever may have been needed. Her ability to get to know each and everyone of us was exceptional. Her knowledge of her Scotland and her stories were grand. I loved how on occassion she could change things up and still run a well oiled machine.

The Canadian Maritimes are gorgeous and it was such an all around wonderful trip. Great group size for the tour.
