Mary Bulfin, otherwise known as wildfoodmary is an Irish country woman born and bred. She has many passions, among them creating, everything from garments to gardens.

She began knitting and sewing in school aged 7 and with a few pauses for major life events has continued ever since. She is particularly interested in natural fabrics and yarns and is a lifelong fan of re-cycle and re-use.

Mary also has a quirky repertoire of history, folklore and legend connected with the Irish landscape.
