Marja is a textile artist, teacher and historian. Originally from Sweden, she has lived most of her life in Ireland, working in the areas of socially engaged textile arts and community development. She has a particular interest in sustainable textiles. During Covid she started a community flax growing project and looks forward to spring and planting the new crop!
